Portland's Downtown Bridges Tour

Portland is well-known in the northwest as "Bridge City." This tour surveys the design, construction, and history of Portland's downtown area bridges. Along the way, you'll learn about the historical forces that led to bridge construction, answering not only why they were built, but why they were built where they are. You're sure to come away from this tour with a better understanding of how our bridges have shaped Portland's growth and continue to impact the urban landscape.
